Digital Content Creator Intern

Job Type: Part-Time | 20 hours per week

Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule with on-site hours Tuesdays (12-5 pm) and Wednesdays (12-6 pm).

Position Overview: As a Digital Content Creator Intern, you will be an integral part of Revive & Thrive Project’s (RTP) communications team, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing compelling content strategies across multiple platforms. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to social impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) aligned with RTP's brand vision, values, and voice.

• Create compelling written content including articles, blog posts, success stories, and newsletters.

• Produce and edit social media videos and visual content that drives engagement.

• Ensure all content maintains consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

• Craft visually appealing Mailchimp newsletters with engaging content that helps drive conversion.

• Assist with digital and print communications.

• Analyze social media performance and provide insights to refine content strategy.

• Research and implement best practices for growing RTP’s digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for community impact, health, and nonprofit work.
